Working With Insurance Providers
We verify coverage, file claims on your behalf, and clearly explain your financial responsibility before treatment begins so there are no surprises.
We accept all insurance plans that offer out-of-network benefits, including (but not limited to): Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, MetLife, Cigna, Aetna, Meritain, Principal, Golden Rule, GEHA (Government Employees Health Association), Wellpoint Inc, Anthem, Guardian, Beam Insurance Administrators, Unum, Freedom Life, Humana, TeamCare, Sun Life, Lincoln Dental Connect, Ameritas, UMR, and Manhattan Life.
As a non-contracted provider, we work with any dental insurance company and will submit claims on behalf of the patient. While we are not directly contracted with insurance, this approach allows us to focus on providing the highest level of care without restrictions from insurance companies

Clear and Simple Payment Policy

Payment for your estimated patient portion (the amount not covered by insurance) is due on the day of your appointment. After your visit, we will file your services with your insurance company. Once we receive their payment, it will be applied to your account.
- If your insurance pays less than estimated, you will be responsible for the remaining balance.
- If your insurance pays more than expected, our office will promptly issue you a refund check for the difference.
- In some cases, depending on your specific plan, your insurance may cover the full cost of your visit.
Please note: We do not accept TennCare, AmeriGroup, AmeriChoice TN, BlueCare, or DentaQuest. We are always welcoming new patients from Bellevue, West Nashville, and surrounding Nashville communities.

What if my insurance says you’re out of network?
Even if we’re listed as out of network, most patients with PPO plans can still use their benefits here. The difference in cost is often minimal, and our front office team will submit all insurance claims for you to make the process seamless.
Do you accept TennCare or state-based plans?
No. We do not accept TennCare, AmeriGroup, AmeriChoice TN, BlueCare, or DentaQuest.
Are you accepting new patients?
