Why Patients Choose Dr. Wilson for Dental Implants in Nashville, TN
Advanced Tools
& Techniques
We use advanced technology like 3D cone beam scanners and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) for precise planning and improved healing. Dr. Bob Wilson, who earned a fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, combines tech with expertise to provide the highest level of care.
Honest
Recommendations
We focus on conservative treatments first. Your dentist in Nashville, TN, will never try to upsell you or push you toward treatment that is not essential to improving your health. By displaying X-rays and other images on chairside monitors, we can help patients become informed, proactive participants in their care.
American-Made
Materials
We believe in using only premium materials, including titanium implants exclusively made in the USA. We also work with a local Nashville dental lab for our crowns, bridges, and dentures, as well as a trusted lab in Georgia. Many dental offices send this work overseas; we don't.

“He put me at ease.”
“I have a severe fear of the dentist...but he put me at ease. He explained everything before doing anything and made sure I was comfortable. They have also worked with me about paying out of pocket. I have planned on making them my permanent dentist. Thank you guys for being understanding and kind.”

We Make Implants Affordable Without Sacrificing Quality
We've chosen not to be in-network with any dental insurance plans because it compromises our ability to offer the best care. At the same time, we strive to make the cost of dental implants accessible for patients on virtually any budget. How do we do it?
- Membership plans: Our in-house membership plans cost just $436 a year and include two cleanings and exams, a 10% discount on our services, and more.
- Reimbursement: Parts of the Dental Implants rocedures are not usually covered by insurance, but your crown, bridge, denture, titanium fixture/screw, and preliminary treatment may be. Our staff will handle all the paperwork to try and secure as much reimbursement as possible.
- Financing: We can arrange an in-house payment plan. We also accept financing through CareCredit®.
Once we finalize your treatment plan, we can provide an estimate and help you budget for your care.
What Makes Dental Implants
A Smart Investment?
A dental implant is made of titanium and designed to replace a tooth root. Dental implants are a modern, effective solution for tooth loss that provides several significant benefits that other solutions do not:
Preserve Tooth Structure
A traditional dental bridge requires reducing adjacent teeth to create support for the replacement tooth. An implant can support restorations without having to alter nearby teeth.
Long-Term Solution
Implant-supported restorations are fixed dental prostheses that many patients prefer over removable appliances for their improved bite stability. With proper care, restorations can last 10 to 15 years, and dental implants have been found to last decades.
Lifelike Results
Implant-supported restorations are designed to look just like natural teeth. With implants, you can enjoy all your favorite foods again and smile with absolute confidence.

Dr. Wilson is passionate about providing excellent care. As early as high school, he knew he wanted to be a dentist and found shadowing implant surgeons to be especially inspiring. During this time, Dr. Wilson saw a teenage patient who had lost all of his teeth during chemotherapy. “He was getting dental implants so he could go to prom,” he says. “I saw firsthand how implants can give people confidence.”
Our Nashville implant patients appreciate that we're a privately owned and operated dental practice. That means every decision we make puts our patients' needs first.

Implant Candidacy
Dental implants are one of the most reliable ways to replace missing teeth, but they aren’t the right choice for everyone. At our Nashville dentist's office, Dr. Wilson carefully evaluates each patient before recommending treatment to make sure implants will be a safe and effective solution. You may be a good candidate if you:
- Have one or more missing teeth
- Want a stable, long-term alternative to dentures or bridges
- Have healthy gums and are free of active gum disease
- Have adequate jawbone density to support the implant (or are open to bone grafting)
- Are in good general health and able to undergo oral surgery

Helping Patients Qualify We Can Improve Your Candidacy
Gum Treatment
Gum disease can cause widespread oral health concerns, including loose teeth and implant failure. To be a good dental implant candidate, we must address gum disease first. We offer a range of periodontal services to treat gum disease and create a healthy foundation for implants.
Tooth Extraction
Decayed and infected teeth can affect surrounding teeth and soft tissues, causing widespread concerns. If you have any unhealthy teeth that can't be treated, they’ll have to be removed prior to implant surgery. We use gentle extraction techniques and offer sedation for comfortable care.
Bone Grafting
Tooth roots stimulate the jawbone to keep it strong and healthy. With tooth loss comes jawbone recession. If you’ve been missing teeth for a while, you may require bone grafting, a procedure that adds bone tissue to atrophied parts of your jaw, restoring a viable foundation for implants.
PRF-Assisted Healing
Platelet-rich fibrin can be used in conjunction with the dental implant process and many preparatory procedures to regenerate tissues, speed up the healing process, and reduce pain. PRF can also help reduce the risk of dry socket after an extraction.
“The best dental experience!”
“My experience was incredible! Dr. Wilson was awesome…..he took the time to explain and review everything with me…he was not rushed in anyway and really focused on me as a patient! It was the best dental experience in all of my years in going to the dentist! I am so glad that I changed dentists to become a patient of Dr.Wilson!!”

Frequently Asked Questions About Dental Implants in Nashville, TN
Is implant placement painful?
Most patients are surprised that implant treatment feels virtually painless. Local anesthesia numbs the implant site, and many patients compare recovery to a simple tooth extraction. Dr. Wilson also uses platelet-rich fibrin to encourage faster healing and reduce post-op discomfort.
How do I care for dental implants?
Caring for implants and implant-supported restorations is very similar to caring for natural teeth. Brush and floss daily, and keep up with routine checkups so we can monitor the condition of your implant, surrounding gums, and supporting bone tissue.
Why choose Warner Parks Family Dental for implants?
Unlike many corporate practices, our office is privately owned and patient-first. Dr. Wilson places and restores most implants himself; in complex or All-on-4 cases, he collaborates with the area's top specialists. He uses only U.S.-made titanium implants, and partners with trusted local labs for your restorations. Patients also appreciate our emphasis on education: you’ll see your X-rays and treatment plan on chairside monitors so you can feel confident at every step.
